Zog appears to be correct. the statement is it "isotopically purified" meaning is has some impurities (including the possibility of all) removed, in this case unwanted isotopes.
you can have purified water, doesn't mean it's pure water, just that it is of a higher purity than it was before undergoing a process. zog appears to interpret the statement as I would expect an engineer to do, seeing the fact not what he would like to see.
