Clearly there will be more than 1 addition to the team. Most likely we will see the main man named initially. From there perhaps a series of additions to the team...unless of course AEX are planning to unveil several additions all at once and announce the new Denny Dalton team?
Not too longer to wait for that though. Getting the drill rig on site and drilling is the priority for the moment. That aspect of the operation is already to be 'managed' by CCIC, and these guys have good reputations. So the drilling is in good hands.
Announcing drill results to the market is not a necessity either for 'good management' The drill results will clearly speak for themselves.
The market wont need good management to work out if theres promise here.
Its 'after' these initial prelim drill results that management will need to start doing their thing and communicating 'the plan' to the market and start negotiating with the various parties.
