1. What if the Vote is "no" and the Receiver called in? Can Mr Saville take ERG and at the sametime still keep the "business as usual" to generate the cash for him?. If the case perhaps he would "prefer" the "No", and take whole ERG with him.
2. How the resolutions to be voted? 1 vote per shareholder or 1 vote per share?
In whichever case it will be difficult for the ERG share holders, as in the proposal the chairman can vote on behalf of those shareholders who will not vote.
Over 13,000 shareholders' value is "not marketable", so they won't bother to vote, that will give Ingot a big chance.
My understanding is, ERG shareholders have been played over long time and well planned.
But I will fight, sure you all will!
