Based on Market Cap of current $31Mill
Exclude the $11Mill Cash
Delivers a true Market Cap on Tenements & Resources of just $20Mill.

If we only calculate BLRs High Park (Jorc Indicated Resource) of 3.2Mill Lbs we place a value of $6.25 P/Lb. (Based upon adjusted $20Mill Market Cap)

For the record its worth keeping in mind that based on DYLs current Market Cap, Deep Yellows 38Mill Lb Tubas Jorc. Indicated Resource is currently valued at $6.80 P/Lb.
