Thats right Giffo, I have already come to the realisation of an extention on the DD, with a possible falling apart of the deal and Chinese investors signing a JV.
LCY board holding so much shares there will never be CR, I think Shaz should just except over 50mill offer and look to the future. She thought the deal would be finalised by 22nd Aug (hence the halt), so NMDC is playing her for a fool.
