I've been checking out GNG and it looks as though Mt Bevan will compare to their JORC. Big I don't think Sharon has been played at all by Nmdc. I liken lcy plots of land like Pt Douglas property market. Some places charge top dollar but the time it takes to sell may take a while. Lcy is an exotic stock requiring the right buyers. As a seller you should be prepared to wait.

Take nothing cheap is what I say. The longer she goes the higher she'll blow. As is being mentioned in the thread there is a lot more than bells and whistles being added to our package while we wait. If Sharon rejects the next offer they will bid again. This will be a shared capex with jupiter regardless of nmdc so however jumps in has them as a bonus to capex costs.
