Rab. I have seen this many times before.
Because MVP is so illiquid people need to chase it. And when they do and are happy to pay a 10% premium you must be privy to some info.
I was hoping to accumulate more but didn't think it was necessary until at least the 4th quarter as I didn't expect it to move
