This doesn't change my thoughts. I think it's still a good company, and I think it's still pretty fully valued.
As an aside, do you think it's a coincidence that the sale has occurred after the founder's passing?
And given that the most rational explanation for the solid share price is that investors have confidence in management (dominated by the Hansen family), what does it say that the family is selling?
I think the stock was perfectly liquid and I can't possibly see how it benefits holders to have institutions on board.
The one positive point is these new holders presumably did due diligence, so that is a good sign.
