Yeah, I have been gradually accumulating over the last couple of months. Completed my buying yesterday. The sell side is very thin now and buy side is much stronger than a week ago. Any dividend scalpers have just under 2 weeks to lay their cards on the table......
Read two broker recommendations on CIL today and both say 'BUY'. Saw Investsmart has a target of just under $1.70. At this entry point its a good capital play as well as my primary goal which is long term income returns.
Should we keep it quiet? ;)
