I got to admit the last week or so has shown some pull back by the general markets, also gold, copper, and some other metals, and yet ozl and some other ASX companies are showing some remarkable strength. In the US this week there is going to be some huge stock offering this week which many believe could very well lift the US market. "With 10 deals expected to come to market next week, it will be the most active period for IPOs since 2007, according to Renaissance data.
The offerings could raise about $12.5 billion. That's the biggest week since March 2008, when nearly $18 billion was raised through IPOs. Visa Inc.'s deal accounted for $17.86 billion of that.
