    What is your strategy? Once you have answered that ?, then the other ?'s you asked are easy to answer.

    Are you in for a quick profit or the long haul?

    Is your portfolio over or underweight in a sector and you need to rebalance? etc etc.

    The ? you are asking is difficult for others to answer on your behalf without knowing your goals and ambitions.
