But I still have a few issues.
Bill Hayes may well be a major shareholder, with a strong vested interest in the welfare of the company, but he hasn't succeeded in keeping Bhushan at bay. As well he is a member of a board that let an erroneous and misleading expert's report go out to shareholders. So blatant are the errors in this report that, in my view, all directors should hang their heads in shame ! He may well be a great geologist but being a geologist makes him all the more responsible for the blatant geological errors in the report !
You haven't commented on my reservations about Kevin Nichol's suitability for the Board.
