seems to me that the indian directors on the bwn board are acting in the interests of bhushan and possibly savni who are shareholders but not in the interests of all the other shareholders. directors of a company have the responsibility to run that company for the maximum benefit of ALL the shareholders not just a chosen few. having said that i wonder who wrote the last sentence on the east middlemount project report. that effectively threw out about 300 million tonnes of what was reported last time as an excellent resource. where did all this new information come from that in effect says that this once beautiful 4.5 metre thick high quality coal seam is now unconsolidated rubbish located in a crumple zone? last report this area was 3 holes away from jorc but now without any further drilling it's 3 metres away from the tip. was the author guided by the same expert that wrote the other experts report? for mine the inclusin of the last line of the report was unnecessary unqualified and totally negative so why is it there?? something reeks pedro.
