Newcomputer 'glad i dont own property', probably never will with that sort of an attitude. WA facing rent crisis, too many new arrivals, they will still come and perhaps more will come if things get really tough because it is the land of milk and honey, and jobs. Made a couple of million on property these last 5 years if i have to give some of it back 'such is life'. Family's health is more important. You only lose on property if you pay too much for it. Allways look for bargains boom or no boom.
