Went to two property auctions in outer Brisbane on Saturday.
A year ago these houses would have sold for $800-850k.
Not a bid. Both passed in on Auctioneers bid $650k. Still no interest.
The RE Agent was telling me how property prices would go up.
What an offensive nitwit. Misleading the Vendor and the Buyers. Still 2 years behind in his thinking.
