For every MEG machine we sell we make $3 million profit hence for every machine sold at our PE , our share price may rise by 34 cents IE ( $3 mil times 20 PE = $60 mil divide by 177 mil shares = aprox 34 cents )
Means that Simply Wall Street think we may get an order of 10 MEG machines , not out of the question for new technology . Given this scenario no wonder our share price is rising will be a very interesting six months ahead . Hang on to your shares this could be a very swift rise upwards on any new news of any MEG machine . Apparently the rise of MRI was very swift too . Now long term 100 MEG per annum would see $34 a share wooooaaaah . And we will become a darling like Cochlear .
