But to effect the oppies we only need, construction delays through, weather... the northern hemisphere seems to be having more regular super storms?? Protests, delays, funding, protests, it would be something we dont expect.

Then there is fine tuning etc. What about off take agreements.

The point is if anything negative happens, if your so inclined you will get out of the heads. The oppies are another kettle of fish.

If the heads were 4 cents and the oppies were .005 of a cent, id say there worth the extra risk. But priced as they are there to expensive i believe.
