Don't forget that, should the 75% be required to achieve what you are suggesting, the 75% is only based on the amount of voted shares at the time. Not on the whole amount of shares on issue.

As it is normally the case, usually only a small amount of shareholders make use of their voting rights at anytime.

So, if say only 25% or 35% of the total investors will decide to vote, and take the time to do so, it would only take 75% of those voted shares to determine the end result.

A very frightnening thought IMO.
