You can see the action for the first 30 minutes when it opened at 10.80 and shot up to 10.87 it is a classic short covering action......then it settled down and down.....then it hit 10.45 then went higher and higher again....there were traders who added their shorts and fight the market but later on one can see a steady slower move up where the long continue to buy and fresh new buyers coming in.
Yesterday almost 1.2 million shares were shorted and on the Aug 2nd about 2.2 million were shorted......these traders were bleeding badly but some would still put in more shorts.
To be aggressive is dangerous but how can one make a kill if one is not willing to put in more money and take a huge risk ?
