Can't say to much on HC but i do know that was a massive problem if you get 4 days straight without much wind it reduces the power significantly. The company knows the flaws and if they didn't say anything they might be able fix it. Another reason to sell was the time it takes to install and needing almost perfect conditions to do it, Cwe need to improve this to install the buoys under a little bit of stress or otherwise I don't see success with the ceto project. Might be why they moved into another area of business to keep the shareholders happy. IMO better stocks out and about and CWE will take years to improve the Sp, but i'm always watching cwe because i like clean tech companies all IMO.
