Hi Folks,
Just for fun (yes, dont take this as an up or down ramp), here are some calcs on what the share price MAY or MAY NOT do upon release of the announcement.
Assumptions:
- 2 billion shares
- 42% CFR exposure
- Production costs are 50% of resource value (GUESS)
- Probability of successful extraction 10% (GUESS)
- $155/tonne
Some of the rows and columns may not align...but I'm sure you can all follow
....... 500mt 400mt 300mt 200mt 100mt 50mt
60% 0.488 0.391 0.293 0.195 0.098 0.049
55% 0.448 0.358 0.269 0.179 0.090 0.045
50% 0.407 0.326 0.244 0.163 0.081 0.041
45% 0.366 0.293 0.220 0.146 0.073 0.037
40% 0.326 0.260 0.195 0.130 0.065 0.033
35% 0.285 0.228 0.171 0.114 0.057 0.028
30% 0.244 0.195 0.146 0.098 0.049 0.024
25% 0.203 0.163 0.122 0.081 0.041 0.020
So unless the report has 50mt at 25% Fe, we should be ok, no?
Cheers all.
