Martin Place have 14 MILLION options guys (assuming they haven't sold them on market of course!)....


From May 24 2007 ASX release:-

"A 5% underwriting fee is payable to Martin Place Securities. The underwriter will also receive
10,000,000 November 30, 2008 listed options exercisable at 2.5 cents in consideration for their
services."



From May 15 2008 ASX release:-

"This issue of securities will be conducted pursuant to Section 708 of the Corporations
Act and does not require a disclosure document. An Appendix 3B will be lodged when
the placement is completed. The MPS fee is 5% of all funds raised, and 4,000,000
listed options exercisable at 2.5 cents before 30 November 2008."
