For what it is worth, I recently read about a new technology that a US company is trying to bring to the market which is a much simpler and portable way to filter blood stem cells. If it works, this would be great news for Calimmune as the cost of the filtration process will be reduced to a few hundred dollars. It would mean that the Cal-1 treatment would be accessible in third world countries. As I no longer save references to subject matter, those who want to know the details will have to do their own research.
