How about this speculation? PF has been in Boston and will again be in Boston as part of the NSCLC conference. BUT this is also a cover for negotiations with MIT for a partnership on developing a ddRNAi treatment for Alzheimer's (MIT have patents). The IPO will be announced just after the partnership has been announced along with a statement that the partnership is seeking US federal funding under Obama's push to cure the disease. What would that do to the share price I wonder?
