AEP have made their money and want to cash in on some profits. It's a well known fact that AEP want to reduce debt and focus on US assets. Check out AEP debt/equity ratio. So, I think that some posters need to do some solid research before they post. PHY has huge potential with carbon credits, these are increasing in value. Green power is the way of the future, people are starting to wake up to this! I've been holding phy for years now.

Just some other news: I work for a private bio fuel power generation company in Europe, and they're laughing all the way to ther bank. We get paid a handsome premium per kw/hr, we don't pay for fuel and we have carbon credits to trade in 05. The EU dosen't allow some waste materials to be land filled and this will change for all waste materials, sometime in 06. I know it's only in the EU, but it will happen around the world eventually. Who said green power doesn't pay...you fools!
