I believe in supplements and order them out of the US. Can't be as choosey as usual, Vitamin C powder in particular I needed to try a few different suppliers.
If COVID gets north I'm going to put the family on 5 g of C and 5,000 IUs of D3 daily.
A year's supply of 5,000 IU D3 is $22 from iherb so no excuse for not taking some. 1 or 2 per week is enough if you get some sun. If young and tanned you don't need any of course.
