no worries, 2.5c-2.8c support is still quite strong. of course VPG is nearly finish, otherwise the brokers wonot dump so much at less than 4c. remember the seller is always smarter than the buyer.
however, when the market value is around 50 million,(sp 2.5-2.8c) VPG should survive for a while,especially when top ryde project finish at the end of 2009.
2.5c, worth to buy, target is 4c.
in other words, if all VPG property sold at 50% of book value now, SP still get 2.5c cash support, no worry.
