Yes it is in downtrend makadamoney. I'm probably jumping the gun a little on the fact that 40-42 has been a bit of a congestion zone and we have are getting extended on some signals such as RSI. It could indeed go lower still.
By gap are you referring to the one from 4/12 to 5/12/06? If so why do you consider that sufficiently significant to be filled? (Not saying it won't)
