I agree with dewe that a capital restructure will be necessary at some point. I just hope that they wait until they have some sustained revenue growth and consistent profits before they do so. I've seen too many struggling company's do a consolidation to make themselves look less like a penny dreadfull, only to end up back at the sp they were before they did the consolidation.

Whilst posting a profit is a nice turnaround, the eps of 0.06c per share (from continuing operations) tends to indicate that the sp isn't going to be going anywhere soon unless significant increases in profit are seen (due to the massive dilution that happened first under Lange and then to bring them back from the brink of bankruptcy).

The shares had been trading around the NTA per share figure. I think it will take a bit more than the anouncement of a small profit (compared to a massive loss) for the market to start re-rating them.
