Over the last thirty trading days ON Balance Volume has gone +75 million shares as the stock has rallied from 3.8 to 6.0. MKY is very underfollowed and IMHO this means that a small number of holders have been accumulating at every possibility. IF this thing "breaks open" it could go 8-10 cents very quickly.
