Some tech specs for using porotherm, with regards to UK, NZ building regs

Some building specs for the adoption porotherm blocks (Wienerberger) in UK an NZ with regards to current building standards.

First of all it's all unbiased, just throwing it out there.

To note:

ZeroPlus Bed Joint Mortar (1mm bed) used in the UK report is equivalent to porotherm dry fix masonry adhesive as far as i understand.

Major caveat: Both are setting the first course on a traditional 10mm bed, which has been and still is my main concern, undulations in the slab.

Everything else is pretty well detailed, especially the UK report. Lateral loads, damp proof, vertical restraints, severe weather proof testing etc etc and much more. NZ has the similar style damp course solution as FBR painted on the slab, UK recommends damp course/tray added. Expansions 20m centers, not 6 as with current standards etc. Anyway, you'll work it out.
