It looks to me that drake has stopped selling, the last report was the 30th September at 2 cents. The remaining holdings in my opinion will be held after the appeal is heard. This also tells me that drake is confident of a successful result and will try and offload once there is a spike in stock price. If they were concerned about the appeal they would of dunped the remaining shares yesterday. Today will be interesting to see volume, a true gauge of drakes movements and what they perceive of the appeal..
