I'm not overly concerned about Drake selling out. Remember they are a private equity hedge fund that have been in AVQ for a few years now. These funds invest and then get out once they have met (or not met) their targets. They will have set investment parameters and policies and need to meet those.
Clearly they made a decision to fund the AVQ litigation so that they can make money out of it. To date it has been the right call funding the litigation purely based on outcome and this sell out could have always been part of the initial investment strategy. Whether they have managed to reach their financial targets on this investment, I really can't say. There could be a myriad of reasons why they are selling imo.
