what is the best financial and economic environment for a debt collector to operate ?

if unemployment is increases it must be less profitable trying to extract from debtors money they have not got.... I believe our economy is gradually heading in that direction ......... but that in the long term should be an advantage to CLH as its debt ledger is relatively smaller than its competitors, and its debt to equity should improve if the targeted efficiencies are achieved ....

following on ,the market price to purchase debt should decrease given an increasing volume of debt and the increased difficulty to collect it....... with the proposed improved efficiencies CLH should be in a sound financial position (better than its competitors) to make some attractive purchases......
