Maybe this comparison is too simple but from signing process agreement to closing financing with Todd Minerals Ltd., took Northcliff resources about 4 months. That includes the submission of an EIA which i think Thor have already completed?

So we may be looking at 2-3 months to close our financing from LOI. MB has implied that it will be sooner than later. LOI was announced mid Oct meaning xmas / new year is looking good for announcement, nice pressie ;-) and with some news to come on SH ore sorting, project progress & Molyhil resource our SP should hold or improve.
I hope MB is talking with Todd Corporation, they seem to have the funds & seem to like tungsten, they've also acquired a 19.9 percent stake in Wolf Minerals UK tungsten mine.
