PP, I read it as they cut their margin to ensure growth - "growth at any price"??
If they have built customer loyalty and can slowly increase margin then it will be worth it and our part of the pie will grow. I suspect that this is part of their solutions strategy - or I hope it is. They have a good base to build from.
