    IMO buying at 'good value' is not enough considering the risks in world today. Stk must be a 'bargain' with minimal downside before entering. I'll probably miss a fair few... but can't afford to lose anymore cash. $1.30 would be a maximum price for me, but others with more cash to back-up their purchase may be willing to pay more.
