Sadahama, no I don't think it has anything to do with being concerned about the Tibotec deal. This sell off was expected as investors try to sell down and replace stock in the SPP. They are making a big mistake as they will only get a small allocation at 14.5. This sell off is presenting a great buying opportunity, but you have to question the sanity of those selling. I am a buyer.
