The question is if we will get a small allocation. Based on previous raising, AVX has granted extra shares so will they do the same this time. What if they grant the full $15k allocation, perhaps it is best to sell and buy the cheap one. They have not said in hard stone they will scale back if it reaches 3million. Their exact words are 'They may scale back'. I don't know why they just didn't say for every xx shares you are entitled to xx shares. This way people will not just sell as it is limited to what they can buy.
