- Recently done capital raising
- Sold properties above book value!
- Plenty of long term leasing (some over 20 years)
- Reduced gearing from 71% to 53%, and is continuing to reduce
- Very simple business model, always good to understand to company you are investing. They run pubs around Aus.
- Even during the gfc, was reported to be the best reit.
