Who cares what you think the timetable should be - the company has given heaps of completion dates, and none have been met. Ever. Notably, of course, the crusher, now 23 months late.
But, if you can build a $600k house in 13 months, you are certainly one hell of a worker. Best get yourself up to the 'curry and finish it off for them.
