Surely this is the perfect time to starting appraisals and plans for production. Cheap costs/high bargaining power for rigs and materials. Oil is low at the moment but this is cyclical and by the time it comes to production will be well above current levels, Just when you want the production. Big oilers don't have short term sights they think the medium to longer term IMO
