If they are they can damn well publish something that proves it but what the publish is the 'global potential' (for something that could work) and they cite other proven and commercial technologies as their example. Well whoopie - I am a human and Usain Bolt regularly runs 100M in under 10 seconds, ergo I can do it too right?!operational

Oh come on be fair - it supposably produced a few liters of water as well assuming it was actually achieved with hydraulic pump and water pressure not done by conversion to run a generic electric membrane fresh water desal plant. !!!!
