Is it even worth speculating on that, unless there's a sweep/ pool with a cash prize? If you base on HC forum opinions and not recent cap raises it's gonna be touch n go! If based on the last voting - there may be a chance....

If they achieve their minimum do they have to break anything down other than say achieved the min. subscription? Obviously we'll know how many shares were purchased and hear if there are new significant or top 20 shareholders (in time). If they are not successful (even with shortfall take up) will they just announce the money raised and then the liquidation date or will the administrators look to discuss options before announcing liquidation?

Going off the original itinerary we should know by Friday or at least Monday and definitely by Thursday.
