If, as an example, CCE raise 2M from the entitlement offer and 3.5M from the shortfall, then the minimum has been reached and there would be no refund and CCE would relist. (Note excludes costs)
If CCE raise 2M from entitlement offer and 2M from shortfall, the minimum has not been reached and monies would be returned.
Is that in line with your thinking?
