I received my SPP letter also yesterday.
Clearly CNQ is spending the $$ to get all the ducks in a row for a takeover/J.V. on there core asset Mt Carbine tungsten.
If not finalized before I am expecting the 3rd Qtr. of 2013 to be key. Also the fine print will be interesting if a cornerstone or LOI investor is allowed to take up any SPP shortfall. (Maybe this will be advised to the market prior to the SPP close? Or will it come under the 5% rule?)
