Maan, as I understand it the Gennex fuel cell module can be sold in the UK already as it has CE (European) certification. There is an additional certification required for it to be eligible to receive the UK feed in tariffs, and that is what is expected this quarter.
As to the original question, I think the conditions on the E.On deal were commercial-in-confidence, but I have a vague recollection that the company has announced that they have already met these conditions (I am not 100% sure on this though).
If E.On go ahead with the order, they will retain the exclusive right to market the product in the UK. If they don't go ahead, it is open season for anyone to sell them. This gives them a fair incentive to go ahead I would have thought.
