I think we all would appreciate a timeline like that. Simple things often seem to take a lot longer than expected, but these people are experienced in mining, so they should be able to put realistic target dates on things.
I guess that there would be something like 12 months from the day the order is placed for the sand processing gear to first production so June looks unlikely now.
However, might there be some sort of small scale production of ungraded sand trucked out for processing elsewhere or by the customer if the quality and value is high enough? Such an operation could start the day after final mining approval is received. No idea if that is a possibility or not - just speculating.
