the very fact that Putin feels its ok to threaten the entire planet, all people and all economies with ashen destruction..... and to hell with the survivors, is sufficient to tell us that Putin is a psychopathic tyrant who has no appreciation of the rights of others, or even his own nation's people.
I suppose Putin has facilities and plans to save his own life, but what future would there be is a nuclear blasted world.
its a dilemma on the matter of survival; first reaction is survival, but what would be the point given the likely destruction of the entire energy infrastructure, the economics and last but yet foremost, the loss of billions of lives, including many of one's own. but what would be the benefit of the struggle to survive in a post nuclear world.
