JV announcement within two weeks?

Will this prediction be any more accurate than the 30th of June 2012 relisting that was made?

I agree that something is happening.
Wells at Helper are producing, Water Disposal Well is operating again, Oman 2-20 also producing gas.

With all of this activity, something will be announced soon one would think.

Where our opinion differs is that I believe shareholders will get close to nothing at best.

With Marion's Market Cap at $7M any capital raised will greatly dilute shareholders value in the company.
